  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with dealers through regular communication, business reviews, and proactive account management.
  • Conduct a minimum of 24 in-person dealer visits each month to strengthen partnerships, evaluate business performance, provide product support, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified dealers to expand market coverage within the assigned territory.
  • Evaluate prospective dealer applications and recommend approval based on company standards, market strategy, and business potential.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales revenue, wholesale, and market development objectives.
  • Monitor territory sales performance, identify performance gaps, and develop action plans to improve dealer sales and territory growth.
  • Provide dealers with product knowledge, pricing guidance, promotional program information, merchandising recommendations, and sales support.
  • Respond to dealer inquiries regarding products, pricing, promotions, inventory availability, and sales programs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze market conditions, competitive activity, customer demand, and dealer performance to identify opportunities and business risks.
  • Collect market intelligence during dealer visits and communicate actionable insights to Sales leadership, Marketing, Product Management, and other business partners.
  • Prepare and present recurring territory reports summarizing sales performance, dealer activity, pipeline development, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and Supply Chain to support product launches, promotional campaigns, dealer programs, and operational initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, pipeline information, and territory updates within CRM and other business systems.
  • Represent the company at dealer meetings, trade shows, customer events, and industry functions to strengthen brand presence and support business development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, dealer agreements, pricing policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • This job has no supervisory responsibilities, but provides functional leadership and business guidance to dealer partners within the assigned territory and may lead cross-functional initiatives supporting regional sales
