In this role, you will oversee a comprehensive recreation program designed to inspire, motivate, and engage a diverse student population while promoting healthy lifestyles, leadership development, teamwork, and community involvement. You will play a key role in creating a safe, inclusive, and fun campus culture through innovative programming, staff leadership, and student engagement initiatives. Must possess a valid in-State Driver's License and meet Company insurability requirements. This position may also serve as Acting Center Shift Manager/Manager on Duty as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent REQUIRED Associate of Arts Degree from an accredited school preferred. A minimum three years of experience in recreation management/physical education and a substantial experience working with youth. Must possess a valid in-State Driver's License and meet Company insurability requirements. Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching. Demonstrates the ability to lift 40 pounds and / or the ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance.
