Full job description

We are looking for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join a private outpatient clinic on a full-time basis. This position combines hands-on patient care with clinical and administrative responsibilities. The LVN will assist with TMS treatments, insurance pre-authorizations, patient care, and day-to-day clinic operations. Schedule, Pay & Location * Location: Lubbock, TX * Pay: $20-$24/hour * Schedule: Monday–Friday * Occasional Saturdays: Approximately 3–4 hours when the clinic is open Responsibilities * Assist with TMS treatments and operate TMS equipment according to training and clinic protocols * Prepare and monitor patients during treatments * Take and document vital signs and other required patient information * Complete insurance pre-authorizations and related documentation * Communicate with insurance companies and healthcare providers * Assist with patient scheduling and intake * Maintain accurate patient records * Perform general administrative and clinic support duties as needed * Help maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming clinic environment Qualifications * Active Texas LVN license * Previous clinic or outpatient experience preferred * Experience with insurance pre-authorizations is a plus * Strong communication and organizational skills * Comfortable working with both patients and administrative tasks * Able to learn and operate specialized medical equipment * Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Why Join Us? * Full-time position with a consistent weekday schedule * Opportunity to work with specialized medical equipment * Variety of clinical and administrative responsibilities * Collaborative outpatient clinic environment If you’re an experienced LVN who enjoys a combination of patient care and administrative responsibilities, we’d love to hear from you.
