New York Financial Institutions Group (Insurance) Mid to Senior Level Associat

The Financial Institutions Group in the New York office is seeking two attorneys in the mid-to senior-level Associate/Counsel range (i.e., class of 2023-Counsel). Successful candidates will have substantive insurance M&A transactional experience, including experience with reinsurance transactions. High level of academic achievement and solid law firm experience preferred. The starting base salary for this position is expected to be between $260,000 to $455,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law.
