DEMO RAMP Engineer

Job Description

•Pre-Design Preparation

• Confirm laydown areas and submit Material ID forms with Logistics for installation components and required storage duration.

• Participate in pre-construction walkdowns.

• After pump rack placement, label racks with the appropriate pump type and chamber assignment. Tool Dock Preparation, Docking & Placement

• Coordinate rigging requests through the Site Construction Rigging Coordinator.

• Receive tools at the dock.

• Inspect tools and supporting equipment for any shipping or handling damage.

• Level and position the Factory Interface (FI) on the designated datum point.

• Perform the initial FI load port survey.

• Oversee final internal tool assembly.

• Prepare and apply tool component labels.

Skills and Requirements

• 5+ years of semiconductor tool installation experience.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

• Comfortable working in both office and industrial environments, including Fab and sub-Fab areas.

• Strong safety mindset with the ability to identify and address hazards.

• Hands-on experience supporting or coordinating tool installations, particularly for cleans, polish, and film tools.

• Ability to interpret and apply tool installation drawings, specifications, and vendor documentation.

• Familiarity with installation sequencing, utility requirements, and site readiness assessments. •Experience with tool Demo and Decom +commission

• Experience in semiconductor, construction, or industrial engineering environments.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Project and engineering documentation tools.

• Previous involvement in tool ramp projects or facility upgrades. •Understanding of Fab and sub-Fab operations, processes, and safety protocols.
