Job Description

A client in the aerospace and defense industry is seeking Electrical Engineers in Palm Bay, FL. In this role, you will support the design, development, integration, and testing of advanced electronic hardware systems for mission-critical applications. Responsibilities include designing digital and mixed-signal circuit card assemblies (CCAs), creating schematics and electrical documentation, performing electrical analysis, and developing high-speed interfaces and programmable logic solutions utilizing FPGA, CPLD, DSP, processor, and memory technologies. The ideal candidate will leverage industry-standard design tools for schematic capture, simulation, timing analysis, and constraint-driven layout while working independently to deliver innovative hardware solutions. This position collaborates closely with systems, mechanical, software, firmware, and manufacturing teams throughout the full product development lifecycle, from requirements and preliminary design through integration, testing, and customer reviews. The successful candidate will also contribute to meeting project cost, schedule, and technical objectives while supporting the development of reliable, high-performance aerospace and defense systems.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree *experience with high speed memory & network interfaces *knowledge of high complexity digital design techniques *experience operating signal generators, logic analyzers & digital oscilloscopes
