The University of Utah seeks a motivated and student-centered Career Coach I to educate, guide, and prepare students for the transition from academic study to meaningful employment or advanced education. This position provides foundational career coaching services including individual appointments, workshop facilitation, and career education programming. The Career Coach I supports students in exploring career pathways, developing professional skills, and navigating the job and internship search process.The ideal candidate demonstrates a commitment to student development, strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to build rapport with students from all backgrounds.
