Employee recognition and career advancement opportunities ABOUT THE POSITION Position Title: Senior Branch Member Account Specialist (Bilingual Spanish) Position Overview: As a Senior Branch Member Account Specialist (Sr BMAS), you'll help members achieve their financial goals by opening accounts, supporting lending needs, resolving concerns, and building meaningful relationships. We're seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking professional to support the diverse communities of Reading, Shillington, West Lawn, Muhlenberg, Exeter, and surrounding Berks County areas. With comprehensive training, ongoing support, and opportunities for career growth, this role is ideal for individuals looking to build their banking knowledge while making a positive impact in their community. Position Type: Full-Time. 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays. Compensation Range: $21.00/hr. - $25.50/hr. Hiring rates may depend on directly related experience, education, geographic location, or special skills. Location: West Lawn Branch, 2104 Van Reed Road, West Lawn, PA. This role may also support nearby branches in Muhlenberg, Shillington, Exeter, and Reading as needed. What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed: 1. Build trusted member relationships through thoughtful, personalized service and meaningful financial conversations. 2. Open and manage consumer, business, and IRA accounts, and support consumer loan applications, excluding mortgages. 3. Listen to members, resolve concerns, and recommend relevant solutions that support their financial goals. 4. Support branch operations, including teller and Member Service Representative coverage, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. 5. Learn and grow in a supportive branch environment that allows for hands-on training and more one-on-one member interactions. 6. Use your Spanish-language skills to help members feel understood, supported, and confident in their financial decisions. 7. Obtain a notary license within one year; training is provided. A bilingual premium is offered to qualified employees who successfully complete the required language proficiency assessment. 2. High school diploma and 1-3 years of related experience; alternative combinations of education and experience will be considered. 3. Ability to obtain a notary license within one year of accepting the role. 4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Associate degree preferred. 2. Two to four years' experience in customer service, retail, banking or finan ial services industry.
