Full job description

Job Title: CMT TechnicianJob Description

Support field operations in construction materials testing and gain hands-on experience working on meaningful projects. Learn from experienced professionals across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct construction materials testing on various sites.

  • Perform soil and concrete testing and inspections.

  • Utilize and operate equipment such as nuclear density gauges.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve project goals.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in construction materials testing.

  • Knowledge of concrete and asphalt testing.

  • Familiarity with ACI certification and nuclear density gauges.

  • Ability to perform fieldwork and travel to different sites.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • ACI Certification.

  • NICET Certification.

  • Experience with masonry and construction inspection.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Raleigh, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
