Senior .NET Developer

Job Title : Senior .NET Developer (.NET, SQL Server & Angular) Position Overview

Build and enhance enterprise applications that support public-facing services and evolving business needs. This role offers the opportunity to work across application development, technical solution design, and stakeholder collaboration, helping turn business requirements into reliable, maintainable software.

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will contribute to application enhancements and project-based development, collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders, and support technical solutions throughout the development lifecycle. Success in this role requires hands-on development expertise, strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to navigate technical standards and constraints while adapting to changing priorities.

What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance applications, including public-facing tools and enterprise applications.

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to interpret requirements, clarify business processes, and design technical solutions.

• Translate business needs into system architecture, technical specifications, and development tasks.

• Support project-based development and work requests through coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.

• Participate in discovery sessions, requirements elicitation, and process modeling to align business objectives with system functionality.

• Provide technical guidance on feasibility, constraints, applicable standards, and policies.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle to promote transparency and shared understanding.

• Support operational activities and collaborate with other technical team members.

• Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.

• Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 4–7 years of experience in .NET, MS SQL Server, and Angular.

• Strong experience developing enterprise applications and delivering maintainable, scalable code.

• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and working software.

• Excellent communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and strong stakeholder-relationship skills.

• Ability to quickly learn new technical environments and understand system dependencies.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements.

• Bachelor's degree.
