Full job description
Description We are looking for an experienced Vendor Management specialist to support contingent workforce operations. This is a long-term contract opportunity suited for someone who can step in quickly, manage supplier relationships, and bring structure to sourcing and contract activities. The role works closely with internal business partners and external vendors to improve service delivery, strengthen oversight, and drive consistent workforce program performance.
Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day coordination of contingent workforce requests, from intake through onboarding and assignment support.

Build and maintain productive partnerships with suppliers, service providers, and internal stakeholders to support business needs.

Guide the sourcing process by aligning hiring requests with the appropriate vendors and ensuring timely follow-through.

Manage contract-related activities, including preparing language, reviewing terms, supporting negotiations, and tracking renewals.

Monitor supplier performance through regular reviews, compliance oversight, and service-level evaluation.

Develop practical vendor strategies that reduce risk, improve quality, and increase value across the supplier network.

Provide clear communication and operational guidance to business teams throughout contingent workforce engagements.

Maintain organized records, reporting, and tracking processes to ensure visibility across supplier and workforce activity. Requirements • Hands-on experience with a vendor management system, with Vndly experience preferred.

Background supporting a contingent workforce program, vendor management function, or closely related recruiting environment.

Ability to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up time in a fast-moving setting.

Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy in tracking requests, contracts, and supplier activity.

Experience drafting, reviewing, or coordinating contract documentation and renewals.

Effective communication skills with the ability to work across internal teams and external vendors.
