Remote Call Center Inside Sales Representative
($14–$16/hr + Uncapped Bonuses)

Compensation: $14–$16/hour base pay plus uncapped monthly bonuses!

Location: Remote (Work from home in the United States)

Schedule: Full-time positions with day & afternoon shifts available
What You’ll Do

Handle 35–45 inbound calls per shift from individuals interested in preventive health screenings (no cold calling!)

Collect health information to assess caller risks and needs

Use a consultative, empathetic approach to recommend the right preventive services

Schedule appointments and process payments efficiently
-
Consistently meet or exceed your sales and service goals
What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of sales experience

Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
-
High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
-
Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
-
Excellent communication, clarity, and empathy

Competitive, success-driven mindset

Authorized to work in the United States
