The Universal Entertainment People & Culture team at NBCUniversal is committed to providing the best partnership and service to our business, creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture, and continuing a supportive and collaborative team dynamic.
This role will support the day-to-day operations of the team supporting multiple executives, ensuring an effective office environment and assisting with employee events and special projects as needed.
Executive Support
-
Provide administrative support to People & Culture Executives including calendar management, meeting coordination, set-up and gathering of meeting materials, while managing multiple scheduling priorities

Manage T&E and P-Card expense reconciliation, and coordinate travel arrangements

Provide additional administrative support as needed
Team Support
-
Ensure that the amenities, equipment and supplies for the team are fully stocked and operational, requesting service/maintenance as needed

Serve as a subject matter expert on processes, resources and facilities requirements, providing support to team members as needed (i.e. mailroom, deliveries, etc.)

Support the onboarding experience for new People & Culture team members by scheduling meet and greets, helping them assimilate into the office, and ensuring they are set up properly for their role

Coordinate logistics and activities for the People & Culture Team (i.e. appreciation events, offsites, birthdays and meetings, etc.)
Program Support

Assist the People Experience Team in setting up and executing Universal Entertainment events as needed

Process invoices and reconcile purchasing card associated with events
Here you'll need:
-
1+ years of experience in a professional work setting, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
-
Proficient with Microsoft Office and can intuitively navigate various systems platforms
-
Extremely flexible and able to shift priorities as needed and manage multiple priorities at a time
-
Ability to perform light lifting as needed
-
Flexible and available to work evenings and weekends based on event needs

Prior administrative or office management experience preferred

Proven relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization

Resourceful problem-solver with the ability to navigate a complex environment, gather information, and resolve issues efficiently

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
