Must have the following in order to apply: - One (1) year of experience in the paving industry - Must be able to work days, nights, or weekends as needed - Valid Florida driver's license Preferred: - High School Diploma or equivalent Required Screenings: Drug Testing/Screening; Background Checks: Motor Vehicle Record Check. Job Description: The company is seeking to fill an Asphalt Lute/Raker position for local operations. Duties and Responsibilities: - Perform duties to match and finish freshly laid asphalt paving joints - Smooth and adjust surface irregularities with lute - Spread asphalt to grade with lute and finishes before compaction by rollers - Use/read fixed gauges, ruler, and other adjustable measuring instruments - Follow safe practices and procedures - Complete all required paperwork - Other duties as assigned Hiring Process: Apply in person or via company website.
