Join our team as a Manager, Sourcing and Supplier Management. Job Summary The Manager, Sourcing & Supplier Management- Brakes and Suspension is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of Harley-Davidson's supply performance for a Category Group. This includes oversight and execution of identifying and developing new suppliers, sourcing, contracting, and driving category/supplier strategies for our motorcycle components, parts, and accessories. The Sourcing & Supplier Management function acts as the single relationship owner for quality, delivery, and cost of H-D's suppliers and will help deliver best-in-class results to achieve our Hardwire ambitions. This role will also deliver our ongoing procurement transformation to enable generations of riders to experience the joy of riding a Harley-Davidson. This is a transformational role, so it will require strategic thinking, effective problem structuring, and the ability to influence diverse teams. The Manager of Sourcing & Supplier Management - Brakes and Suspension will work through a team of direct reports and matrixed representatives from business functions. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional and global leadership to determine key Sourcing & Supplier Management goals and execute a plan to meet Harley-Davidson's Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Product Development goals.
