Description

Our client is seeking a Customer Success/Account Manager to join their Compliance Advisory Services team. As a member of the team, you will lead new customer implementations and provide ongoing customer support while owning the customer relationship end to end. You will delegate tasks across Technical, Regulatory, and Data Services resources, serve as project manager on implementations, guide customers through annual compliance reporting seasons, and conduct proactive business reviews to ensure optimal compliance reporting outcomes. You will maintain expertise in aggregate spend business and regulatory requirements as well as their compliance reporting application. This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong customer service instincts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate has 2 plus years of account management or customer success experience with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple customer relationships simultaneously. Pharmaceutical or medical device industry experience is strongly preferred. Experience with aggregate spend, transparency reporting, or healthcare compliance is a significant differentiator. Candidate must be comfortable in a customer facing role managing implementations, leading support meetings, and guiding clients through annual compliance reporting seasons. Strong written and oral communication is non negotiable. JIRA, Confluence, and Monday.com experience is a plus. Bachelor's degree required. Local to Mount Arlington NJ with onsite presence expected.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Arlington, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
