We are currently seeking a Project Engineer for our Minster, OH facility. In this role, you will be part of the plant engineering team and be responsible for supporting strategic, operational, and policy-related aspects of the plant, with a focus on safety, quality, performance, management, and organizational objectives. You will be responsible for multiple capital projects within the plant, overseeing technical execution, timeline management, and financial oversight for each project. Job Responsibilities: - Project execution of current (Processing, Packaging, Building and Utility) projects - Work with Engineering Manager to align on project priorities - Work with CAPEX analyst to manage the capital forecast and budget for each project - Create, design and evaluate initial call for tender documents with the Engineering Manager - Work with Regional Engineering teams during bidding processes and technical alignment - Work with the CAPEX procurement team to align on priorities and contract negotiations - Travel required occasionally for training or plant projects. About You Job Qualifications: - Experience and working knowledge in: - - Integrated automation and controls technology - High speed packaging systems design - Process engineering and PMO, 3A standards - Manufacturing plant utility systems - Must be organized and self-disciplined to accommodate the management of concurrent projects - Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekend or late shifts, during installation/startup periods Experience and Education Requirement: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or relevant degree from an accredited College or University - 3 years of experience About Us, We offer and What's next Life at Danone With approximately 5,000 employees and 13 production locations across the U.S., our vibrant culture and endless growth opportunities are just a couple of the reasons our employees call themselves "Proud Danoners."
