Local Pay: $61.00/hour - (W2)

Shift Details:
- M-F 06:00AM-14:30PM
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Duties & Responsibilities:
-
Administers medications, vaccines, and injections safely according to provider orders and medication rights.
-
Provides direct patient care based on individualized plans of care.
-
Performs medication refills and point-of-care testing, including phlebotomy and specimen collection.
-
Provides routine treatments such as wound care, enemas, colostomy care, topical medications, and surgical preparation.
-
Monitors patient conditions and reports observations and treatment outcomes to RNs and Advanced Practice Providers.
-
Responds to patient emergencies and provides appropriate interventions in accordance with BLS standards and scope of practice.

Accurately documents all patient care, treatments, and encounters in the electronic health record.
**Minimum Qualifications **
-
Current, valid, and unrestricted CA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.

Minimum of one (1) yearof recent work experience as an LPN within the last 3 years

A degree from an accredited school of Nursing

Active BLS
-
Copy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.

Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
