Standard Job Description
As the Lead Systems Architect you will be responsible for shaping advanced system architectures that drive mission success.
Your responsibilities will include:

Utilize model-based tools to develop systems and system element architecture, design, and interface definition.
-
Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) concepts in architecture definition.

Design, develop and oversee system architectures, including complex systems and systems design activities.

Serve as focal point for the development and communication of the system architecture to both internal and external teams.

Ensure conversion of mission requirements into total systems solutions that account for design and technology maturity constraints of the system

Maintain knowledge of current and developing technologies and design and analysis methodologies.

Develop models and architectural guidelines for current and future system development.

Further Information About This Opportunity
You will need to be a US Citizen, and currently possess and be able to maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
This position can be based in Marietta, GA or Palmdale, CA.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline
-
Experience working with Power Systems Design and Architecture
-
Advanced knowlege of MBSE tools
-
Experience using MBSE tools, such as Cameo, JAMA, 3DX
-
Experience leading and supporting System Architecture & Requirements efforts for the program.
Desired Skills

Advanced knowledge in Requirements Decomposition and MBSE

Experience with the C-130
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $148300.00 - $275500.00

Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.

For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
