Insurance Sales Agent

El Amigo Insurance is seeking motivated and energetic individuals to join our growing team as an Insurance Sales Agent . This is a fast-paced, sales-driven position focused on helping clients find the best insurance coverage while actively generating new business. ### Responsibilities: - Sell auto, home, and commercial insurance policies - Assist customers with quotes, applications, and policy changes - Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients - Make outbound and inbound calls to clients and prospects - Generate leads through marketing efforts (social media, referrals, and outreach) - Promote services and help grow the agencys client base - Maintain client relationships and renew policies ### Requirements: - Strong communication and sales skills - Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred - Comfortable making calls and talking to customers daily - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer skills - Insurance license preferred (not required - training provided) ### Compensation and Benefits: - Base pay + commission opportunities - Paid training provided - Growth and advancement opportunities - Supportive team environment ### Work Environment: - In-office position in the Dallas-Fort Worth area - Full-time position High earning potential - motivated agents can earn $2,500-$5,000+ per monthNo experience required - we train you
