Responsible for strategic ownership, alignment, and delivery of Wealth focused technology platforms, with Salesforce serving as a foundational system of engagement across advisor, client, and operational workflows. Own the technology strategy, platform alignment, and execution of Wealth Management journeys and experiences, with particular focus on Salesforce-based capabilities develop high-quality technology solutions to support digital platforms for banking operations. Provide end-to-end leadership for Salesforce and adjacent Wealth platforms, ensuring cohesion across custom development, configuration, integrations, and vendor solutions. Manage the delivery of multiple agile teams and interdependent platform teams, including in-house engineering, configuration, and vendor partners. Ensure integrity, resilience, and quality across Salesforce and integrated platforms supporting Wealth business processes. Serve as a senior technology partner to Wealth executive stakeholders, translating business strategy and regulatory needs into executable platform roadmaps. Define success metrics, acceptance criteria, and outcomes across platforms to ensure consistent delivery and measurable business value. Drive alignment across platform roadmaps, enterprise architecture standards, and Wealth priorities. Ensure Wealth advisor and client journeys are cohesive, intuitive, and scalable across channels and touchpoints. May supervise 3 employees: Senior Software Engineer, Principal Software Engineer, & Senior Architect.
