Job Description

Join our team as a Restoration Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in cleaning and restoring apartment spaces. You'll be primarily working in central Minnesota, starting each day at 7:30 AM sharp from our shop. Your tasks will involve cleaning up after apartment fires, scrubbing walls, and performing some demolition work. Occasionally, you will assist with reconstruction efforts.

Responsibilities

• Clean and restore apartment units affected by fire damage.

• Scrub walls and perform demolition as needed.

• Assist with reconstruction tasks when required.

• Meet at the shop daily at 7:30 AM to begin assignments.

• Handle HRA cleanings where apartments have been abandoned.

Essential Skills

• Experience in general labor and cleaning.

• Knowledge of restoration techniques.

• Carpentry skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in reconstruction, flooring, and demolition.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
