$90,000–$115,000 Guaranteed Salary + Productivity Bonus | Paid Parking Pass

Build meaningful patient relationships, use your clinical judgment, and enjoy a schedule that works for you. Elara Caring is hiring a full-time Home Health RN with two schedule options and reduced productivity expectations for weekend work.

Choose Your Schedule

  • Sunday–Wednesday: A four-day workweek

  • Thursday–Saturday: A three-day workweek

Both options are full-time, with lower productivity requirements to account for weekend coverage.

You’ll provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, helping them recover, manage their health, and maintain their independence—with support from a collaborative clinical team.

What’s in It for You

  • Guaranteed salary of $90,000–$115,000 , based on experience, plus a productivity bonus

  • $5,000 sign-on bonus

  • Paid parking pass and mileage reimbursement

  • Your choice of two full-time schedules

  • Flexibility in planning your patient visits and managing your workday

  • Meaningful, one-on-one patient care

  • Paid orientation and comprehensive onboarding

  • Support from clinical leaders and an interdisciplinary team

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) with employer match

  • Paid time off and six paid holidays

  • Tuition reimbursement, continuing education, and career growth opportunities

  • Family and pet bereavement leave, plus pet insurance

What You’ll Do

Guide patients through their home health care, from assessment to discharge. You’ll provide skilled nursing visits, develop and update care plans, manage an assigned caseload, and coordinate care with physicians and other clinicians. You’ll also help patients and caregivers feel confident managing medications, treatments, and health conditions at home.

What You’ll Bring

  • Current, unrestricted Massachusetts RN license

  • At least one year of clinical nursing experience

  • Strong assessment, communication, and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and travel throughout your assigned territory

  • Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation

  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently, including lifting 50–100 pounds
