Full job description
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Perform final inspection of precision-machined components. Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). Perform gauge calibration and maintain accurate calibration records. Inspect parts using a variety of precision measuring equipment and inspection tools. Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and dimensional specifications. Verify parts meet customer and internal quality requirements. Identify and communicate quality issues or nonconformances. Maintain accurate inspection documentation and records. Work closely with machining and production teams to resolve quality concerns. Follow established quality procedures and safety requirements. Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: CNC machining experience OR CMM programming and/or operating experience Strong attention to detail, Previous Work in a Metal manufacturing environment.
