Overview TRC is seeking highly motivated and diverse Environmental Interns for our Summer 2027 intern program out of our New York, NY Office. This is a paid full-time position. Anticipated duration will be from June through August 2027 (flexible). This position has the potential to transition into a Full-Time role upon graduation. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of Project Managers and Team Leaders and partner with engineers, scientists, and technologists. Responsibilities * Convert data sets to xls (primarily for pdf, complete trend analysis if the data (PFAS soil, sediment, surfacewater, and groundwater) very large data sets. * Some technical writing and power point presentation preparation. * Perform data entry, data management, data evaluation, and data presentation, report writing. * Perform engineering calculations and design assistance for government, commercial, and industrial properties as needed. * Perform other related duties and responsibilities as necessary. Qualifications * Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license. * Pursuing Bachelor or Associate Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field. * Minimum GPA of 3.0. * Data Management / Trend Analysis some statistics and environmental chemistry. * Has excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Possesses solid technical and problem-solving skills. * Self-motivated, detail orientated person, Team player. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) * Honest, fun, hard-working and ready to learn and grow. * Excel Advanced - GIS helpful but not necessary - PowerPoint.Benefits: TRC ensures that interns/trainees receive benefits in accordance with the laws of their state or country of residence.Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition.
