Our client, U.S. Consumer and Digital Technology is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be part of the Enterprise Architecture and Engineering organization, supporting portfolio initiatives and technology-focused projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical communication, a bias for automation, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver aligned outcomes.

What's the Job?

Work with the Head Engineer for U.S. Consumer and Digital Technology on reporting and deliverables, and support portfolio initiatives.

Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and other engineers on key projects, assisting the Head Engineer as needed.

Automate reporting and processes to minimize manual work, and use and promote AI tools within the portfolio.

Develop and maintain Enterprise Architecture documentation, and drive design discussions to facilitate consensus on solution architecture decisions across upstream engineering SMEs, Enterprise Architects, and Raven SMEs.

Manage planning, coordination, and execution of technology-focused projects; oversee project documentation updates in project management tools and track OKR/KPI performance.
What's Needed?
-
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering) and/or comparable experience; advanced degree preferred.

Professional experience as an Engineer.

Basic coding skills with languages such as Bash, Python, Kotlin, or related technologies.

Experience with AI developer tools.

Experience with program delivery or project management, including managing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teams using tools such as JIRA and Confluence, plus strong technical documentation skills.
