This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in construction. Responsibilities ? Prepare job sites by cleaning, organizing materials, and staging equipment ? Load, unload, and transport construction materials to designated work areas ? Operate hand and power tools under supervision ? Assist with HDPE pipe installation and fabrication support ? Assist with structural concrete work, including forming, mixing, pouring, and finishing support ? Support underground utility installation and excavation activities ? Set up and dismantle temporary structures as needed ? Maintain and properly store tools and equipment ? Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications ? High school diploma or equivalent preferred ? Previous construction or manual labor experience preferred but not required ? Basic understanding of construction site safety and procedures ? Ability to safely operate hand and power tools ? Strong work ethic and willingness to learn ? Ability to work effectively as part of a team ? Valid driver's license required ? Clean motor vehicle driving record required ? Must be able to pass a background check ? Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana Physical Requirements ? Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions ? Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing ?
