JOB SUMMARY

**If you live within a 50 mile radius of one of our locations in (PA, NY, DE or WV) this would be a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in office (T/W/TH)

This job supports product management activities and projects, providing guidance and expertise in the realm of government insurance products, with a focus on ensuring compliance with all pertinent industry regulations and internal policies. This role supports product management by leading analysis efforts, defining complex product requirements, and contributing to the development of product strategies specific to government insurance offerings.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures compliance with insurance industry regulations and internal policies.

  • Oversees the preparation of detailed design specifications for product enhancements within their insurance product portfolio, ensuring alignment with product strategy.

  • Provides business training on existing insurance products as well as training on product changes; Provides subject matter expertise and consultation for product management.

  • Leads market analysis and competitor analysis, providing insights for strategic decision-making.

  • Other duties as assigned or requested.

EXPERIENCE

Required

  • 5 years of relevant experience in product management or a related field within the insurance industry

Preferred

  • Experience with CMS and state filing activities for Medicare Advantage and Special Needs Plans

  • Experience with supplemental benefit vendors.

SKILLS

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to lead and mentor team members.

  • In-depth understanding of product management principles and methodologies within the insurance sector.

EDUCATION

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Healthcare Administration or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of bachelor's degree.
