Consultant

Position Summary(Basic Job Function) This a temporary or on-call position. Provides a wide variety of consulting services including conference, seminar or workshop design/presentation; operations review and analysis; project design, completion, coordination or management; or related consulting services. Consultants paid on grant funds must be paid on an hourly or daily basis, with a minimum wage of $12.00 per hour. Term: Temps can work two (2) nine (9) month terms with a week break in service in between at the end of the second term terminate for three (3) months or switch to an on-call. On-Call allowed to work 1039 hours in any twelve (12) month period. ### Unit Position Summary Family and Community Medicine is seeking qualified, certified* trainers to provide instruction using the IMPART Alliance Direct Care Worker virtual and/or in-person curricula. Training will take place live via Zoom and/or in-person in classrooms and/or designated lab sites. Qualified applicants must maintain IMPART's course fidelity and should be available to teach classes during non-traditional business hours. IMPART classes are offered on nights and weekends, in addition to weekdays. Required: two plus years of experience working in home and community-based care settings, training experience within the past two years, a demonstrated commitment to and respect for person-centered supports and services and advancing the DCW workforce, along with demonstrated knowledge of DCW competencies and teaching skills.
