Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within the pre-purchase ecommerce domain. This individual will drive the planning and execution of customer-facing experiences across homepage, content, and item pages for both web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong retail or ecommerce background, technical expertise, and experience partnering with product and engineering teams. This person must be able to work independently, influence stakeholders, and keep complex projects moving forward in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. Key Responsibilities Manage and drive execution across multiple cross-functional teams. Serve as the central point of contact for product, engineering, and other business partners. Partner with teams to build comprehensive project plans and bring milestones, dependencies, and deliverables together. Establish clear timelines, ownership, and measurable project outcomes. Influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority. Participate confidently in technical discussions with product and engineering teams. Proactively identify blockers, dependencies, and risks that could affect delivery. Look ahead to anticipate potential challenges and escalate issues sooner rather than later. Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and next steps clearly across teams. Adjust plans and priorities quickly as business needs change. Coordinate execution with team members based in India during required overlap hours. Support current Q4 quarterly planning efforts and quickly begin driving execution.

Skills and Requirements

Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or Technical Program Manager. Previous experience within retail or ecommerce environments. Strong understanding of the pre-purchase ecommerce domain, including: Homepage Content pages Item pages Web and mobile customer experiences Experience working with user-generated content (UGC). Strong technical background and ability to effectively partner with engineering teams. Demonstrated ability to manage and drive execution across multiple teams. Ability to influence decisions and align stakeholders without direct authority. Experience developing project plans and managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-moving environment. Ability to work independently and adjust quickly as priorities change.
