Full job description

Our client is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Information Technology and Applications team supporting Business Applications. The ideal candidate will have strong project governance, clear stakeholder communication, and disciplined program tracking which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Program Manager, SAP BRIM

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $80/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

  • Support the planning, governance, coordination, and reporting of SAP BRIM transformation programs, partnering with project managers, BRIM leads, business stakeholders, and implementation partners.

  • Manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items to keep the program moving with clarity and accountability.

  • Maintain RAID logs (risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies) and ensure timely tracking, escalation, and resolution follow-through.

  • Prepare weekly/monthly status reports, dashboards, and steering committee presentations that translate progress into actionable insights.

  • Coordinate testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare planning while maintaining project documentation and governance standards.

What's Needed?

  • 5+ years of PMO/project management experience, preferably supporting SAP programs.

  • Understanding of SAP BRIM and Order-to-Cash processes.

  • Strong skills in project tracking, RAID management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, with experience building clear dashboards and executive-ready updates.

  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet, plus strong communication and organizational skills.
