Key Responsibilities

Assemble and manufacture electronic components and products according to detailed specifications and work instructions.

Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment and automated manufacturing systems.

Perform inspections using microscopes, measurement tools, and quality control equipment to ensure product accuracy.

Conduct testing, verification, and documentation of electronic products throughout the manufacturing process.

Read and follow production procedures, drawings, and technical instructions.
-
Accurately record production data and maintain quality documentation.
-
Follow cleanroom, safety, and quality standards to ensure product integrity.
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
-
Collaborate with team members and production leadership to achieve daily production goals.
Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or GED required.
-
Experience in manufacturing, electronics assembly, production, machine operation, quality inspection, or a technical environment.
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small electronic components.

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
-
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
-
Ability to read and follow detailed procedures and work instructions.
-
Experience working with microscopes, soldering, electronics testing equipment, cleanroom environments, or semiconductor manufacturing is a plus.

Strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Schedule
Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Night Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
+ 15% Shift Differential
Built-In Overtime Every Other Week

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Breinigsville, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
