As a Project Manager II, you will oversee all aspects of small construction projects or defined phases of larger initiatives, with a focus on in-house renovations, space build-outs, and facility improvements. Working under the guidance of a Project Manager III or IV, you will coordinate project teams, schedules, resources, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered successfully and efficiently.

Strong communication and construction project knowledge are essential to this role. You will serve as a key point of coordination among tenants, contractors, design teams, and internal partners—understanding their needs, communicating project impacts, and helping develop solutions that keep projects moving forward. From identifying space requirements to coordinating construction activities and evaluating project outcomes, you will help bring projects from planning through completion while maintaining a collaborative and customer-focused approach.

A caregiver in this position works 8:00am - 5:00pm. Occasional holidays or weekends when needed.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Manage all aspects of small projects or phases of larger projects.

  • Coordinate the activities of a project team under the direction of a Project Manager III or IV.

  • Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.

  • Prepare and complete action plans.

  • Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

  • Resolve problems.

  • Completes audits and identify trends.

  • Determine system improvements and implement changes.

  • Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements.

  • Participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.

  • Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.

  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.

  • Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

  • Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field and three years of experience coordinating or managing various projects

  • OR High School Diploma/GED and seven years of experience

  • OR Associate’s Degree and five years of experience

  • OR Master’s Degree and two years of experience

  • Effective relationship building skills

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Project Management Certification (PMP)

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
  • Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites.
