Premier Companies has an outstanding opportunity for Experienced SERVICE ADVISORS to join our team of professionals. The expectation of this role is to be part of a team that delivers a memorable customer experience. As a Service Advisor you will facilitate the customer process for proper maintenance, repair & all other vehicle needs as the face of the dealership. You will be accountable to maintain manufacture standards for documentation & product knowledge. Job Duties include: Greeting customers & establishing maintenance or repair needs. Communicating with customer on needs assessment & establishing a completion time. Ensuring that all customer expectations have been met. Provide proper documentation for the customer & the company for the work performed. Job Requirements Candidates must have prior experience as Service Advisor, desire to succeed, good communication skills, be highly organized, possess great time management skills, present a professional appearance & demeanor & valid driver?s license. Must be able to work 40-45 hrs. per week including Saturdays. Workdays: Monday to Friday Rotating weekends
