Track project status, resolve open orders, and keep KPIs on point so the team always knows where things stand
-
Manage the full order lifecycle: entry, BOMs, engineering change orders, and job close-out
-
Procure products and services, coordinate ship-direct orders, and expedite when customers need it most
-
Serve as the go-to quotation contact between sales and customers, keeping quotes accurate and responsive
-
Partner with Accounting on contract review, payment terms, and invoice questions
-
Build deep product knowledge across Exotic's full line to support sales and answer customer questions with confidence
-
Keep documentation and job files organized and audit-ready in line with our quality system
-
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
-
High school diploma required; Associate's degree in business or a related technical field preferred
-
2+ years of operational support experience
-
Prior experience working within a computer-based business system preferred
-
Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule based on department or customer demands
-
Acceptable full-time attendance and punctuality
