Crisis Residential Specialist (Adult Services) – MHRT1
Job Type(s):Part-Time
Location(s):Bangor, Maine
Licenses/Certifications:MHRT 1 and CRMA
Experience:Experience working with clients with mental illness preferred
Job Description
The Crisis Residential Specialist will monitor and provide therapeutic support in a short-term residential setting for clients who are in psychiatric crisis. Service delivered is described in each individual’s crisis stabilization plan. Service is provided to adults with varying needs, difficulties, levels of ability and demands in a quick paced environment. Need MHRT1 provisional certification within ten days of employment and full certification within one year of employment. Must have or able to obtain CRMA certification within six months of employment.
Must have a valid State of Maine driver’s license and automobile liability coverage of $100,000/$300,000.
Hourly Rate – $20.00/hour
CHCS believes in the importance of work-life balance, we offer generous leave time with paid sick & vacation time plus seven paid holidays and five paid float holiday time to our full-time staff and pro-rated time for part-time staff.
