Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

  • Ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining effectiveness.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to understand the audience, convey messages clearly, present information effectively, and communicate openly.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and organization while working comfortably with ambiguity.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM account management applications.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned region.
  • Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis. A company vehicle will be provided for this role with successful completion of a Motor Vehicle Report review.

  • Experience with government procurement, bidding, or RFP/RFQ processes.
  • Demonstrated success influencing customer requirements or bid specifications.
  • Experience selling complex B2B or B2G solutions through a consultative sales approach.
  • Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics in a CRM system.
  • Experience driving customer adoption, account expansion, and cross-functional solution delivery.
