About the Role

As a Landscape Architectural Designer, you will play a key role in leading and supporting interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, site-specific design solutions. This position focuses on spatial planning, detailed design, and project management for a variety of projects, including K-12 schools, municipal developments, higher education facilities, and other public spaces.

You will be involved in all aspects of landscape architecture from concept development and client coordination to construction documentation and project oversight. This role offers significant opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative team of dedicated landscape architects and designers, committed to providing detail-oriented, locally responsive design solutions.

This position is open to the following office locations; please indicate which office you would prefer when filling out an application:

  • Horseheads, NY

  • Towanda, PA

  • Williamsport, PA

Qualifications

  • Candidates must minimally possess a bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or similar.

  • 2-11 years’ experience in a landscape designer role.

  • Applicants shall have experience in AutoCAD and or AutoCAD Civil 3D, site grading, and planting design.

  • The position requires strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills for working within an interdisciplinary design team environment.

  • Proficiency in Photoshop, In-Design, Illustrator, Lumion, Sketch-Up or ESRI are a plus.
