Full job description

Description

We are building experiences that make it easy for builders to create, build, deploy, and collaborate using AI. We believe every employee should be able to harness AI to get their work done, without needing to understand the systems underneath. Our team is building the surfaces, agents, and context systems that make this possible.

As a full-stack SDE, you will work across the product: UX , agent orchestration and execution, context and knowledge systems, and foundation model integration.

Key job responsibilities

Engineer end-to-end, full-stack experiences: Build across the entire stack with intuitive front-end interfaces, robust back-end services and REST APIs, and intelligent middleware

Build and maintain the agent orchestration and execution layer, ensuring reliable routing between AI models, context systems, and user-facing surfaces

Define and implement interfaces between systems, ensuring foundational components compose cleanly into integrated customer experiences rather than standalone services

Plan, estimate, and drive delivery: Lead implementation planning, effort estimation, and phased rollouts across systems and operations; you own outcomes with the autonomy and accountability expected in a high-trust startup environment.

Prototype rapidly and innovate relentlessly: Validate hypotheses with customers, iterate quickly, and bring a builder's mindset every day. The best idea wins here regardless of where it comes from.

Mentor and grow engineers: Develop junior and mid level engineers through pairing, design reviews, and hands on coaching. Foster a culture of ownership and continuous learning.

Drive operational excellence: Own reliability, performance, and security of your services. Lead on call rotations, drive root cause analysis, and implement systemic improvements.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience

  • 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience

  • 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience

  • 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems, and services using: C#, C++, Java, or Perl experience

  • 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field

  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
