Full job description

Deloitte Global is the engine of the Deloitte network. Our professionals reach across disciplines and borders to develop and lead global initiatives. We deliver strategic programs and services that unite our organization.

Work you'll do

Global Talent Operations (GTO) is responsible for operating and delivering globally provided talent technology platforms & tools, content, and services to enable Deloitte's talent strategy across the network.

Within GTO, the Digital and Data Enablement team enables the successful delivery of strategic global talent technology projects; shepherding the priority from strategy to technology implementation, adoption and ultimate transition to BAU operations. Digital and Data Enablement works across GTO service offerings and specializes in understanding how technology, operations and talent priorities intersect - regardless of the domain.

As a Project Manager, you will work directly with GTO service offering teams, delivery partners (e.g., Deloitte Technology, external vendors), and stakeholders (e.g., Global Talent, member firm, global business) serving as a product owner of new or decommissioning services, products or priorities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Drive cross-functional teams in the delivery of complex projects with global impact; combine analytical thinking, operational excellence, and program management to help move initiatives from concept and strategy to practical execution.

  • Act as a bridge between technical teams, vendors, member firms, and the internal leadership group to create alignment and drive structured decision-making.

  • Develop and demonstrate strong business knowledge of assigned projects; translate business requirements into strategies that support operational needs and long-term transformation goals.

  • Lead and manage a diverse range of talent technology projects including system implementations, major updates, system decommissioning, and data/reporting projects to enable global talent strategy while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

  • Lead project issue/risk management, remediation plans, and escalations across teams for projects - responsible for providing management direction in these areas and ensuring clear communication, consideration of all factors, generation of solution alternatives, and defined actionable plans.

  • Build detailed project master schedules and promote collaboration through identified team sites.

  • Prepare and deliver regular, audience-specific communications, presentations, and reports/dashboards to ensure that program sponsors, key stakeholders, and leadership are adequately apprised of complex program and project statuses, successes, risks and issues.

  • Motivate and lead project teams and fosters a mindset of collaboration and continuous process improvement.

We deliver essential capabilities that save time, convey insights, minimize risk, enhance client service delivery, solve problems, and contribute to Deloitte's success.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience working on large, complex, cross-functional initiatives and/or enterprise talent platforms

  • 3+ years of experience in product management owning and driving product roadmap, backlog and delivery of releases

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Learning Technology, Human Resources, or equivalent educational or professional experience

  • Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills in a global, virtual, cross-functional environment

Other Qualifications:

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery, stakeholder alignment, and comfort working through ambiguity and competing priorities.

  • Understanding of both technology and operational processes, and ability to connect dots between those processes and business needs.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data, user feedback, platform trends, and stakeholder needs into actionable recommendations.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across technology, business, vendor, and operations teams.

  • Commitment to delivering a seamless, inclusive, and engaging stakeholder experience across global audiences.
