High School Diploma required 2. Associate degree or technical training in Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Manufacturing Technology preferred Experience Requirements 1. Experience in an engineering, manufacturing, laboratory, or technical environment preferred 2. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications 3. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints 4. Experience with product testing, inspections, and precision measuring tools such as calipers and rulers Job Duties 1. Support engineering projects, product development, and process improvement initiatives 2. Perform hands-on testing and validation activities 3. Collect, analyze, and document test data 4. Conduct product and process inspections to ensure quality standards are met 5. Maintain accurate records and technical documentation 6. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams Physical Capabilities 1. Primarily seated work with occasional standing, walking, reaching, pushing, and pulling 2.
