Organization: CPMC-California Pacific Med Center Van Ness Position Overview: Creates and maintains standard project artifacts and helps support the execution of project activities. Coordinates activities and resources in support of one or more project(s) that impact multiple departments, systems, work flows with low to moderate size, scope, risk and complexity. Collaborates with project team to develop, maintain, and project manage aspects of a particular project(s). Develops and maintains project infrastructure in relation to tools, processes, and resources in conjunction with leadership. Works closely with other team members to collect and route information, and assists in managing project timelines and escalates as appropriate. Job Description: Education

  • High School Diploma or GED College coursework in business, project management, math, economics, or healthcare administration, or equivalent experience

Experience

  • 1 year of recent relevant experience

Skills & Knowledge

  • Knowledge of PMBOK and project management methods Intermediate Word, SharePoint, and Excel skills Strong prioritization and time-management skills Ability to work independently Adaptable to changing workloads and competing priorities Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Pay Range is $34.55 to $51.82 / hour The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs. Base pay is only one component of Sutter Health’s comprehensive total rewards program. Eligible positions also include a comprehensive benefits package.
