About Us We are a fast-growing custom sign and apparel company dedicated to delivering high-quality visual solutions to our community. From custom signage and banners to decorated apparel, we take pride in our craft and superior customer service. As we expand our print department, we are actively looking to build deeper relationships with local school districts, sports teams, and non-profit organizations. We are looking for a skilled, growth-minded Experienced Screen Printer to join our team, lead our screen printing operations, and help us scale this key segment of our business! Position Overview In this role, you will manage day-to-day screen printing production while collaborating with leadership to expand our custom apparel and print services. We need someone who not only knows the ins and outs of screen printing equipment, inks, and techniques, but who is also eager to learn new skills, cross-train on other print/signage technology, and take pride in helping our business grow. Key Responsibilities 1. Production & Printing: Set up, register, operate, and maintain manual screen printing presses. 2. Pre-Press & Post-Press: Burn, reclaim, and prepare screens; mix and match inks; perform color matching and quality control checks on all runs. 3. Growth & Collaboration: Partner with the team to expand our screen printing work with school districts, booster clubs, and non-profit organizations. 4. Skill Expansion: Willingness to learn new equipment and sign shop processes (such as wide-format printing, vinyl application, or CNC routing) as needed. 5. Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products to ensure high quality and accuracy against shop job orders. 6. Shop Maintenance: Keep press area, screens, and equipment clean, organized, and running efficiently. Qualifications & Skills 1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on screen printing experience required. 2. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of screen mesh counts, ink types (plastisol, water-based, silicone, etc.), squeegee pressures, and flash curing. 3. Growth Mindset: Enthusiastic about learning new skills, trying modern techniques, and expanding your expertise in the sign and print industry. 4. Community Focus: Excited about contributing to projects for local schools, charities, and community non-profits. 5. Attention to Detail: High standard for print quality, color precision, and shop efficiency. 6.
