Job Description
- Complete required safety, 6S and protocol training & follow procedures
- Monitor work in-progress, report status and prose solutions to remove barriers
- Relocate small equipment such as vacuum pumps, chillers and frames
- Replace damaged raised metal floor tiles, exchange with tiles from stock
- Disconnect and connect pneumatic fittings and adjust equipment leveling feet
- Clean debris as required under raised metal floor to prepare site for new equipment
- Complete training required to complete small decon projects using acid neutralizer etc
- Work independently and collaboratively with teams in a fast-paced environment with > 75% of the time inside the cleanroom
- Perform all activities in a safe responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Skills and Requirements
- Education: High School Degree required
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic hand tool skills
- Basic computer skills, including Excel and Outlook
- Able to work in a cleanroom environment wearing required clean room clothing per semiconductor protocol/requirements.
- Able to work in a standing position for an extended period of time (during a 12-hour shift)
- Able to lift equipment and tools when performing maintenance activities (above 50lbs requires a two-person lift)
- Experience operating fork trucks and pallet jacks
- Experience working in a cleanroom or industrial environment
- Experience wearing PPE required to protect against chemical exposures
- RCRA experience a plus
