Friday Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a Kayak Pre-Rigger on behalf of our client in Fletcher, NC! We're looking for dependable, hands-on team members to join a leading U.S. kayak manufacturer. This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable using power tools, enjoys physical work, and wants a consistent 4-day workweek. ## Job Details - Position: Kayak Pre-Rigger - Location: Fletcher, NC 28732 - Pay: $18.00/hour - Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM-3:00 PM - Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire ## Responsibilities - Use power tools to prepare kayaks for the production process - Follow work instructions and production standards - Assist with moving and positioning materials - Perform hands-on manufacturing and production tasks - Maintain a clean and safe work area - Work with the team to meet daily production goals ## Qualifications - Experience using power tools - Previous manufacturing or technical experience preferred - Comfortable with hands-on, physical work - Ability to lift 50-75 pounds - Basic computer skills - Strong work ethic and positive attitude - Reliable attendance and ability to work well with a team - High school diploma or GED preferred
