Production Supervisor

Job Description AtWork Personnel Services is seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced food production facility specializing in vegetable preparation, processing, packaging, and production orders. Experienced Production Leads and Line Leads who are ready to advance into a supervisory position are strongly encouraged to apply! The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership abilities, experience managing production lines and employees, and the ability to meet daily production goals, including Pounds Per Man Hour (PPMH) productivity requirements, while maintaining food safety, quality, and operational efficiency. ### Key Responsibilities - Supervise daily production line operations, including vegetable preparation, cutting, sorting, and packaging. - Lead, train, coach, and manage production associates to meet daily performance expectations. - Monitor and maintain PPMH targets and production efficiency. - Assign employees to production lines based on staffing needs and production orders. - Monitor production output, identify delays, and make adjustments to meet production goals. - Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, sanitation, and quality standards. - Communicate daily production expectations clearly in English and Spanish. - Monitor employee attendance, productivity, and workplace performance. - Address production challenges and employee concerns professionally. - Coordinate with management, quality assurance, and warehouse personnel to complete production orders on time. - Maintain accountability, teamwork, and a safe working environment. ### Qualifications - Bilingual English/Spanish required. - Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Production Lead, Line Lead, or Team Lead. - Experience managing production lines and teams in food production, manufacturing, or warehouse operations. - Ability to understand and meet production efficiency and PPMH requirements. - Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of GMP and food safety standards preferred. - Comfortable working in cold and wet production environments. - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as required. - Basic computer and production reporting skills preferred. ### Compensation & Benefits - $20.00 per hour - Overtime opportunities based on production needs. - $80 weekly attendance bonus for eligible employees. - Weekly pay. - Full-time schedule. - Opportunities for professional growth and advancement. ### Apply Today Experienced Production Leads looking to take the next step into a supervisory role are encouraged to apply!
