This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What you´ll do

  • Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions.

  • Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications.

  • Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products.

  • Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.

  • Replenish packaging materials as needed.

What makes you a good fit

  • 1 year Machine operating experience preferred.

  • Troubleshoot equipment.

  • Attention to detail and monitor product quality.

  • Manufacturing machine controls, bar code scanning or production reporting.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

The hourly pay range for this role is $23.00. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location. This job posting is intended to comply with all applicable state and local pay transparency laws.
