Serves as a liaison between Revenue Cycle functions and hospital campus finance operations to ensure smooth operations. Manages timely communication with senior executives to set standards for interaction between local hospital campuses and the Revenue Cycle Team. Builds strong relationships and facilitates effective communication between hospital and Revenue Cycle operations. Establishes and manages consistent communication, identifies and addresses business needs. Documents, escalates, and manages resolution of issues impacting both local hospital campus and Revenue Cycle operations. Acts as a liaison for facility-specific payer issues to ensure optimal processing and reimbursement. Coordinates with peers across the Revenue Cycle organization on denials management by working with onsite leaders to identify trends and implement prevention and recovery programs. Other duties as assigned. Schedule/Shift:
- Monday-Friday Role is primarily remote but will be required on site in Kansas for key meetings. Must live in the surrounding area due to onsite requirements.
- Travel: 25%-40%

Education:
- Bachelor's [Required]
- Master's [Preferred]
Field of Study:
- in Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Finance, Health Services Administration, Communication or a related field
Work Experience:
- 3+ in a leadership (progressive role) capacity. [Required]
- 5+ of progressive revenue cycle or related operations [Required]
- Consulting or project management [Preferred]
- Lean/Six Sigma training [Preferred]
Licenses and Certifications:
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification (CSSGB) [Preferred]
- Change Management Certification (PROSCI) [Preferred]

Pay Range:
