Description
Primary Responsibilities
-
Perform core accounting duties including close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Identify manual accounting tasks that can be streamlined through automation.

Partner with finance and IT teams to implement AI or workflow tools.

Monitor process controls and help improve efficiency and accuracy.

Analyze accounting data and support management reporting.

Document procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience in month-end close and general ledger accounting.

Exposure to automation tools, process improvement, or systems implementation.

Strong understanding of accounting controls and reporting.

Analytical mindset with strong Excel and systems skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and technical teams.
