Description

We are looking for an experienced Benefits Specialist to support a Financial Services organization on a Contract basis. This role can be REMOTE. In this client-facing role, you will deliver clear and informative virtual benefits presentations, provide expert guidance on benefit-related questions, and maintain accurate program documentation. This position is ideal for someone with strong subject matter expertise who can communicate complex information effectively and ensure materials remain current and compliant.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead virtual benefits presentations for clients, explaining plan options, coverage details, and key program information in a clear and engaging manner.

  • Serve as a primary resource for benefit-related inquiries by addressing questions promptly and providing accurate, practical guidance.

  • Evaluate existing benefits documents and revise materials as needed to reflect current policies, plan details, and regulatory requirements.

  • Apply deep knowledge of benefits administration to support clients with informed recommendations and dependable subject matter expertise.

  • Coordinate benefit-related activities and information flow to help ensure a smooth and consistent client experience.

  • Analyze benefits information and plan details to identify updates, clarify content, and improve overall communication effectiveness.

Requirements • 5+ years of experience in benefits, compensation and benefits, or a closely related specialization.

  • Demonstrated expertise in benefit functions, including benefits coordination and benefits analysis.

  • Strong ability to present benefits information virtually to clients in a detail-oriented and confident manner.

  • Experience answering detailed benefit-related questions with accuracy and sound judgment.

  • Proficiency in reviewing, updating, and maintaining benefits documentation.

  • Working knowledge of FMLA and its practical application within benefits administration.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly. TalentMatch®
